NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City Council of the City of Zion, Illinois, will receive SEALED BIDS for, Street Light Maintenance and Repair.
Sealed bids will be received until 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, April 1, 2020, by the City Clerk, City Hall, 2828 Sheridan Road, Zion, Illinois, and at that time said bids will be publicly opened and read. Said bids shall be in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the company submitting the bid and with the words “BID FOR STREET LIGHT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR, APRIL 1, 2020”.
Bid specifications can be obtained at the City Clerk’s Office, Zion City Hall, 2828 Sheridan Road, Zion, Illinois 60099 or 847-746-4012 or email email@example.com. Questions regarding specifications, call Ray Roberts, Public Works Department, at 847-746-4057.
The City of Zion reserves the right to reject any and all bids as authorized by law and to waive any and all technicalities.
