Using this online citizen police report system allows you to submit a report immediately and print a copy (once approved) for $13.00.
Before You Begin:
Please make sure the answer is NO to the following questions:
- Is this an emergency?
- Did the incident occur outside Zion city limits?
- Are there any known suspects?
If you answered “NO” to all of the above, you’re ready to file online. Be sure to turn off any pop-up blockers.
If you answered “YES” to any of the questions, please review the Online Reporting FAQs.
Once You Submit a Report:
- You’ll see confirmation: “Your online police report has been submitted.”
- You’ll receive a case number.
- You’ll be able to print a copy for your records.
Please Note:
- All reports are reviewed by the Zion Police Department.
- You may be contacted if further investigation is required.
- Filing a false police report is a crime.
