NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Zion, Illinois, will receive SEALED BIDS for City Hall Lobby Security Improvements.
Said bids will be received until 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 9, 2023, by the City Clerk, City Hall, 2828 Sheridan Road, Zion, Illinois, and at that time said bids will be publicly opened and read. Said bids shall be in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the company submitting the bid and with the words “CITY HALL LOBBY SECURITY IMPROVEMENTS, October 9, 2023, AT 10:00 A.M.”
Scope of work includes minor demolition of existing millwork, drywall wall construction, glazing, doors, millwork, and finishes.
Bid Documents may be obtained from the City of Zion website www.cityofzion.com/bids-proposals Subject: “Request for Construction Documents – City Hall Lobby Security Improvements”.
The City of Zion reserves the right to reject any and all bids as authorized by law and to waive any and all technicalities, and to make an award on the bid, which in its opinion is most advantageous to the City.
