NOTICE TO BIDDERS
SEALED bids for City of Zion Towing (not to include junk cars) will be received by the City of Zion at the City Clerk’s Office until 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 28, 2022, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.
Bids shall be in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the company submitting the bid and with the words “BID FOR CITY OF ZION TOWING, TO BE OPENED MONDAY, MARCH 28, 2022,10:00 A.M.”
Towing bid requirements may be obtained by contacting City Clerk Sheryl Spooner at sheryls@zion.il.us or from the City of Zion website https://www.cityofzion.com/bids-proposals/

Each contractor, by submitting a bid, signifies his intentions and good faith to enter into a contract with the City of Zion, Illinois, should he be awarded the contract.
The City of Zion reserves the right to reject any and all bids as authorized by law and to waive any and all technicalities or award the bids to multiple bidders.
