SEALED bids for the sale of surplus vehicles will be received by the City of Zion at the City Clerk’s Office until 10:30 A.M., April 12, 2018, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

All vehicles and equipment will be sold “as is” and can be viewed at the Zion Public Works Department 3220 W. 27th Street Zion, Illinois 60099
All bids will be considered though the City of Zion reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet pre-determined minimum bid requirements.
Sealed bids shall be plainly marked on the envelope with the bidder’s name and address and with the words “BID FOR SALE OF YEAR, MAKE, MODEL AND VIN NUMBER”, TO BE OPENED April 12, 2018.” Bids are to be submitted to City Clerk, Sheryl Spooner, Zion City Hall, 2828 Sheridan Road, Zion, IL 60099.
Each person, by submitting a bid, signifies his intentions and good faith to enter into a contract with the City of Zion, Illinois, should he be awarded the contract.
