β€οΈ CPR & AED Training Program
Why Do You Need CPR?
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), performed promptly and correctly, can help victims survive until advanced medical professionals arrive. Nearly two-thirds of heart attack deaths occur before the victim reaches a hospital β but many of these lives could be saved through immediate bystander intervention.
Should You Learn CPR?
Whether you have a loved one with heart disease or simply want to be prepared for emergencies, learning CPR empowers you to make a life-saving difference. Brain death begins within 4β6 minutes after the heart stops, so quick action and calling 911 are critical to survival.
CPR Training at Zion Fire & Rescue
CPR courses are conducted by certified instructors following the American Heart Association (AHA) curriculum and standards. Classes are held at Zion Fire Station 1 and are open to residents, businesses, and healthcare professionals.
