❀️ CPR & AED Training Program

Why Do You Need CPR?

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), performed promptly and correctly, can help victims survive until advanced medical professionals arrive. Nearly two-thirds of heart attack deaths occur before the victim reaches a hospital β€” many of these lives could be saved through immediate bystander intervention.

Should You Learn CPR?

Learning CPR empowers you to act in emergencies. Brain death begins within 4–6 minutes after the heart stops, so fast action and calling 911 are critical.

CPR Training at Zion Fire & Rescue
