NOTICE TO BIDDERS
JOPPA ALLEY REHABILITATION PROJECT
SEALED proposals will be received by the City of Zion at the City Clerk’s office until 10:00 A.M., Tuesday April 26, 2022 at which time they will be publicly opened and read for the Joppa Alley Rehabilitation Project. Information is available on the City of Zion website www.cityofzion.com.
Proposals shall be in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the company submitting the proposal and with the words “JOPPA ALLEY REHABILITATION PROJECT TO BE OPENED April 26, 2022.”
The City of Zion reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to make an award on the proposal, which in its opinion is most advantageous to the City.
Each contractor, by submitting a proposal, signifies his intentions and good faith to enter into a contract with the City of Zion, Illinois, should he be awarded the contract.
