CITY of ZION WATER BILLING NOTICE

City of Zion Water Billing Notice

The City of Zion experienced an issue with its water meter reading system that caused all daily readings from October 2022 through November 19, 2025 to be lost. After the system was moved to a new server on 11/19/25, readings resumed as normal.

Because readings could not be collected until November 19, the current billing cycle will be about 120 days instead of the usual 90. The following cycle will be about 70 days to return to the regular schedule.

Section 1 Billing Update
November 30 water bills for Section 1 were delayed. The updated billing timeline is:

  • Mailing/Billing Date: 12/15/25
  • Due Date: 01/05/26
  • Shut-Off Date: 01/21/26

This schedule applies only to Section 1, which includes the following streets and subdivisions:

Streets:
Edina Ave, Elizabeth Ave, Elim Ave, Sheridan Rd, Elisha Ave, Emmaus Ave, Enoch Ave, Eshcol Ave, Bethel Blvd, Ezekiel Ave

Subdivisions:
Harbor Ridge, Sunset Ridge, Countrywood Hills, Butterfield Place
