NOTICE FOR PROPOSAL

The City of Zion, Illinois, will receive SEALED PROPOSALS for 2800 Sheridan Road Structural Engineering Report, for the City of Zion.

Said proposals will be received until 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 12, 2026 by the City Clerk, City Hall, 2828 Sheridan Road, Zion, Illinois, and at that time said proposals will be publicly opened and read. Said proposals shall be in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the company submitting the proposal and with the words “PROPOSAL FOR 2800 SHERIDAN ROAD STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING REPORT RFP”, OCTOBER 12, 2026 AT 10:00 A.M.”

Proposal specifications may be obtained at the City of Zion website www.cityofzion.com/bidproposals/

The City of Zion reserves the right to reject any and all proposals as authorized by law and to waive any and all technicalities, and to make an award on the proposal, which in its opinion is most advantageous to the City.
