Tax Levy for the City of Zion

               I         A Public Hearing to provide notice regarding the proposed tax levy for the City of Zion for 2024 will be held on
December 16, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. at Zion City Hall, 2828 Sheridan Road, Zion, Illinois.

II     The corporate and special purpose property taxes extended or abated for 2024 were $8,308,723.

      The proposed corporate and special purpose property taxes to be levied for 2025 are $9,037,238.
This represents an 8.77% increase from the previous year.

III.      The property taxes extended for debt services and public building commission leases for 2025 was $-0-.

          The estimated property taxes to be levied for debt services and public building commission leases for 2025 are $-0-.
