Festival of Lights

Festival of Lights

December 4 thru December 30, 2009

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season
and experience the Zion Festival of Lights.

You’ll find a surprise around every corner.

You won’t find a collection of holiday events like it anywhere in northeast Illinois.
It’s all waiting for you in Zion, Illinois! The Festival of Lights is presented through
the joint efforts of the City of Zion, Zion Park District, local business and industry,
civic groups, churches, schools, and a dedicated group of volunteers.
It truly is a community effort!

Join Santa for the "Santa Walk" from the Senior Center (27th & Emmaus Ave)
to his house in Kringle's Kingdom
treat your imagination to a holiday experience you won’t soon forget
— a trolley ride, the downtown lights,
a 22-foot Christmas tree with a 4-ft star atop,
the charming boulevard decorations, a Victorian mansion all dressed up
for the holidays, a drive-thru in a wooded park, a giant storybook,
the Santa House, and “Kringle’s Kingdom”,
the most spectacular walk-thru display you’ve ever seen.

Dare to believe!
