Peace. Love. Cruize.  It’s Nostalgia Days!

Nostalgia Days is all geared up to bring you the best festival yet!  The 21st annual event will feature a 1960’s theme with specially themed movies at the dome, a new tye-dye look for t-shirts, 1960’s cover bands and more!  Coming for the first time will be the nationally sponsored Sta-bil Lawn Mowers Races!  Visit www.nostalgiadays.com for all the details on the times and events.

Opening night of the carnival will be on Thursday June 19th with all you can ride single tickets from 4-9 p.m.  Friday will feature not only the carnival, but live entertainment on Sheridan Road, pre-registration, food and a free movie, Chitty Chitty Bang, Bang, playing at the dome.  There will be contests, games, prizes and plenty to see and do for every age and interest.

Saturday is the main event along Sheridan Road with the classic car show and trophy race.  Don’t miss the craft and specialty vendors along with food and entertainment all day long.  Come out and bring the whole family to see tailfins, poodle skirts, retractables, and chrome! 

If more modern metal is your preference, check out the Specialty Import or Truck classes.  Everything from one of a kind paint jobs to hydraulics and custom matched interiors will delight.  This is a very competitive car show with more than 400 entries.  There will be balloting all morning long with trophies presented at 3:00.  Throughout the day there are raffles, giveaways and surprises so plan to spend the day.
