Nostalgia Days isjust around the corner and ready to celebrate its 21st Anniversaryright here in the heart of beautiful downtown Zion, Illinois. Billed as the largest classic car show and closed street cruise in the Midwest, Nostalgia Days has been providing quality family fun and entertainment since 1987.
The 3-day festival promises more vendors, great music and the opportunity to enjoy a weekend of free movies, carnival rides, raffles, contests and, of course, nostalgia. The fun begins on Thursday June 21st with the arrival of Rainbow Valley Rides, a third generation family entertainment operation that is being
welcomed back for its fifth year in Zion.

Friday night will offer a free ‘outdoor movie’ by the dome featuring Disney’s Cars and don’t’ miss the Kick Your Shoes Off Dance Party and early registration that begins at 6:30 pm. at the same site. Saturday is the Big Day, of course, with the competitive car show as the main event.
Visitors are encouraged to talk to the owners, learn about our uniquely American love affair with the automobile, shop for great deal at downtown stores and vendors as well as see the one and only Ford vs. Chevy Tug-O-War!
The cruise offers fun and high energy beginning at 6:00 p.m. and you won’t want to miss the free movie at the dome featuring the classic car story, Grease. If you’re in the market for an RV instead of rpm’s, come take a look at some of the latest models as a full RV Show will be part of the attractions along the boulevard at 25th & Sheridan.

Cars, trophies, music, carnival rides, cotton candy, drive in movies and cruisin’…everything that makes a summer day perfect and a summer night even better. If you are interested in entering your classic car in the show or would like to be a vendor or displayer at this year’s event please visit www.nostalgiadays.com for all the details. Cruisin’ Zion since 1987 is the new motto and we can only hope the fun continues for another 21 years.
