Since 1987, Nostalgia Days, Inc. has served the needs of the Zion community by coordinating a wonderful event called “Nostalgia Days”. One of the major attractions to Nostalgia Days is its “Antique and Custom Car Show”. In the past, this show has attracted over 500 show cars and many thousands of fans and spectators. Each of these lovely automobiles is entered in one of 30 different classes for the purpose of being judged and awarded trophies. Each class will be awarded a First, Second and Third Place trophy. Immediately following the car show there is a Sheridan Road Cruize where participants of the car show,parade up and down Sheridan Road in reminscence of the “Good Ole Days” when “cruizing” was a popular phenomeon among the youngsters of that era.Today, people line up and down the Sheridan Road in their blankets and lawn chairs in anticipation of the Sheridan Road Cruize! At the Nostalgia Days Festival, you’ll find the areas’s best food vendors, car related vendors, children’s games, a Live DJ, live radio broadcasts, live entertainment.  Heading into its 4th year, the Farmer’s Market is filled with fun games and activities for customers and vendors alike.  Every Thursday is laced with a different marketing theme that our residents have come to expect and enjoy.
